Refund Policy

At PD Zuniga Creative Co., we take pride in providing high-quality digital design, branding, and web development services tailored specifically for small business owners. Due to the customized and digital nature of our work, all sales are final.

No Refunds

All payments made to PD Zuniga Creative Co. are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Branding packages

  • Website design and development

  • Digital products or templates

  • Strategy sessions or consultations

  • Custom service packages

Once a project has been started or a digital product has been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Revisions & Satisfaction

We strive for 100% client satisfaction and offer reasonable opportunities for revisions as outlined in your service agreement or project proposal. If you have concerns about the final outcome of your service, we encourage open communication and will make every effort to address them within the agreed scope of work.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel a service before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a deposit refund, minus any administrative fees. Once work has commenced, the deposit becomes non-refundable. After project is sent for revisions and client tells PD Zuniga Creative Co what to fix, the full fee will be applied and will be due on completion of project. If fee is not paid within 30 days after completion date, project will be archived and charged a $250 fee if client wishes to commence again.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide documentation of services rendered.
